Product Information
Brought down from Planadas in Tolima, deep in the Cordilla central mountain ranges of the Andes, this Kick-Ass coffee helps build brighter local futures, and delivers a sweet, smooth and moreish cup.
Discover the distinctive flavours of coffee from unique places. Each cup reflects where it's grown, capturing the character of its origin. Our expert roasting brings out these unique tastes and aromas, so you can enjoy the essence of each origin in every sip.
La Planadas has had its share of rough patches. But here’s the bright side - this coffee has been a game-changer, funding the construction of a testing lab that helps check and boost quality. Better quality means more cash in the pockets of producers. Simple as that.

All our coffee is 100% Fairtrade. That means every bean you sip helps farmers handle the ups and downs of growing coffee in tricky climates and also supports them in taking care of the local environment.
Organic - More than half of our coffee range is organic-certified. We’re talking nature-friendly farming with minimal impact on the environment.
Reducing harmful emissions - We’re on a mission to cut down our greenhouse gas emissions. Our parent company, Cafédirect Group, is all in with the Science Based Targets initiative, which means our targets are solid, not just talk. They’re the only UK coffee company with a science-based plan to hit net zero by 2040. Just one of the many ways we’re working towards a greener future is by using recyclable coffee packaging.
