Single Origin Honduras Organic Ground Coffee
‘Fuerza La Labor' means ‘power to the people.' and for the people of the village of La Labor, coffee is the reason for their community. This classic, chocolatey kick-ass coffee helps farmers reinvest back into their village.
In La Labour, coffee isn’t just a crop, it’s a lifeline. It’s how folks make their living, and now, with this coffee, they’re diving into beekeeping too. That means more bees buzzing around, which means more biodiversity, better shade, more coffee, and more income for the farmers.
No-Nonsense Brewing Tips
For Cafetiere / Filter
Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground kick-ass coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96°c), or else you could burn the brew.
For Espresso
In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.

All our coffee is 100% Fairtrade. That means every bean you sip helps farmers handle the ups and downs of growing coffee in tricky climates and also supports them in taking care of the local environment.
Organic - More than half of our coffee range is organic-certified. We’re talking nature-friendly farming with minimal impact on the environment.
Reducing harmful emissions - We’re on a mission to cut down our greenhouse gas emissions. Our parent company, Cafédirect Group, is all in with the Science Based Targets initiative, which means our targets are solid, not just talk. They’re the only UK coffee company with a science-based plan to hit net zero by 2040. Just one of the many ways we’re working towards a greener future is by using recyclable coffee packaging.
