Once opened, seal the pack tightly with a clip or peg. No need to put it in the fridge, that's nonsense.
No-Nonsense Brewing Tips
For Cafetière/Filter
Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground kick-ass coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96ºC), or else you could burn the brew.
For Espresso
In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.
