Classic Tandoori Marinade is rich with Kashmiri chilli for heat and vibrancy, black cardamom for an added smoky flavour, and a warming undertone of cinnamon, clove and cumin, all folded into a yoghurt base.

We’ve taken inspiration from the centuries-old tradition of cooking in the tandoor, first used in the royal courts of North India to create this essential marinade. Simply coat your chicken, seafood, lamb, paneer or vegetables and let the marinade do the work. Roast in the oven, finish on the grill, or take it outside to the BBQ.

Preparation and Usage

Coat: Choose and prepare 800g of meat, fish or vegetables, then thoroughly coat in the marinade.
Cool: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavour).
Cook: Simply barbecue, grill or oven cook until done.
Chef's Tip: Try it with salmon, served hot, with our tandoori onion chutney.
