Vinification details

The crushed grapes and juice are left in contact with the skins for a few hours. This imparts the pretty pink colour and some of the fruity aromas to the wine. The extracted juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This helps to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours.
