Preparation and Usage
| Blend one scoop (30g) of Precision Engineered Whey Protein into 200ml of water, juice, milk or yoghurt. For best results, use an electric blender and once mixed, the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Take one to three servings daily. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training – Minimum of 6 – 8 glasses of water daily. |
