Oak Smoked Scottish Salmon
"London Cure" Smoked Salmon prepared from Grade One Scottish Salmon. Established in 1905, H.Forman & Son is the oldest producer of smoked salmon in the world and developed smoked salmon as a way to preserve the `king of fish', so it could be enjoyed all year round. The "London Cure" is very mild and not too smoky and this is why smoked salmon became the great gourmet food it was revered for. It's all about the freshness of the salmon, not about the smoke. The product is FULLY hand prepared, is low in salt and contains no sugar. Forman's product is used by leading chefs.

This is to be the BEST smoked salmon Ive ever had the fortune to eat. How does it differ from the rest? The slices are thicker and texture is firmer, yet it retains that silkiness that smoked salmon is famed for. The salmon has been delicately smoked so that the quality and flavour of the fish still shines through. I used it on my blinis and it was so delicious! Well done F&S - real food!
delicious smoked salmon for a treat
I bought this salmon for New Years Day. It was delicious - thick pieces of salmon, super flavour. I would buy again for a special occasion (due to price).
This is one of the best smoked salmons I've tried. It was lean and flavourful and presented in good sized slices. I will definitely buy again.
Amazing salmon, one of the best i've tasted.
Utterly devine salmon melts in the mouth like butter and the long cuts are just perfect for canapes
Best smoked salmon I've had so far
utterly delicious, melt-in-the mouth, thicker and longer slices, well separated. Could only afford it on a flash sale but would consider paying full price for a special occasion.
