Easy to use
I first bought these a couple of months ago and I have definitely noticed a difference in my nails. Theyre stronger and faster growing. Its too early to tell if its making any difference to my hair.

not a great taste
Not the best taste but still nicer than having to take a tablet. Not taken it long enough to see any benefits
