Preparation and Usage
For best results bbq or fry. Remove all outer packaging. Add a knob of butter to pan, season steak, add steak to hot frying pan and fry. 2-3 mins each side for rare, 3-4 mins each side for medium rare, 4-5 mins each side for medium and longer for well done. Rest for 2-3 mins before eating.
