Hampshire Game Wild Venison Meatballs

Delicious wild venison meatballs, a healthy low cholesterol, nutritious, fully sustainable meat. Full of flavour and natural goodness. Quick, easy to cook and goes well with creamy mashed potato especially on a chilly winter night and perfect with pasta for a quick summer evening meal. All our venison is completely wild and all of our suppliers are fully trained in deer management.

Keep refrigerated 0-4ºC. Once opened use straight away. Do not exceed use by date . Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within two months. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting.

Remove all packaging. Keep raw meat separate from cooked meats.
Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 , 16 - 20 minutes
Place meatballs on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven turning occasionally. Cook until piping hot ensuring there is no pink meat and juices run clear.
Pan Fry: Medium heat , 10-12 minutes . Fry in a little oil, turning occasionally. Cook until piping hot ensuring there is no pink meat and juices run clear.
