Made me sick (literally)
I thought they were dreadful. They were tasteless and they just seemed really unnatural, like they weren't a food design for human consumption. On top of this, half an hour later I threw up. I've seen that there's a similar review for the squid ring version... sickness within half an hour. I have no known allergies or food intolerances.
Personally feels like something is lacking?
I love the non-breaded ones so not sure why I don't like this as much. Might try this again and update my review.

I've never tried real calamari so didn't really know what to expect - fishy onion rings, maybe?! These cooked well in the air fryer - browning up nicely. They don't really taste of much but are pleasant enough, especially with some lemon juice and some dipping sauce, like sweet chilli. The texture is firm and not at all chewy, which is what I was worried about. Will try the shrimp versions which I guess will be vaguely similar. Not bad.

I was excited for these but they were just ok - the breaded shrimp from this brand is very good, good amount of flavour, texture etc but the calamari was very bland, texture just ok. May try the unbreaded ones still but in a dish, didn't feel they were the best stand alone/ dippable piece
