Caution \- these contain Konjac Flour
A family member had these for lunch and felt nauseous within 30 mins, she was then violently ill for a couple of hours. We couldn't see what had caused the problem so went through the ingredients and the only one we didn't recognise was Konjac Flour. Several articles on Google saying it can cause a range of gastrointestinal problems/is used as a laxative. The packaging said <1% Konjac Flour but given the effect on my healthy, adult daughter I wonder if there was perhaps more?

texture similar to chinese fish cakes/balls
I am reviewing these as I received a free sample from Ocado. Texture like fried chinese fish ball, great in stir fries and soups. Shapes holds so would be good for adding batter to make them crispy like calamari. Would buy again.

I am reviewing this product as received a free voucher from Ocado. They were quite tasty and would definitely have them again as an alternative even though we are not vegan. Had friends round for supper and served these as nibbles with dipping sauce and were liked by all.
