We only select the right potatoes that make the perfect chips and we assess the quality throughout the year to ensure they are seasonally at their best. We care about the environment so our packaging is free of plastic, we use 100% paper bags from a sustainable source.

Preparation and Usage
For frying: Peel and cut into chips. Wash and dry thoroughly. Fry in preheated oil at 190°C for 5-6 minutes.
For double cooked oven chips: Peel and cut into chips. Place in abowl under running water to wash the starch off, then drain and pat the chips dry. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover and parboil for 5 minutes, drain well and leave to cool. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a shallow, non-stick roasting tray. Remove chips from freezer, add a light coating of cornflour and mix well. Place the chips in the roasting tray and bake on the top shelf of the oven for 30 minutes, turning them often until golden.
