We only select the right potatoes that make the perfect mash and we assess the quality throughout the year to ensure they are seasonally at their best. We care about the environment so our packaging is free of plastic, we use 100% paper bags from a sustainable source.

Preparation and Usage
Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover, add salt if desired and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain well and mash with a little butter and milk, or some crème fraîche together with some freshly ground pepper.
