Roast (Oven): ELECTRIC 220°C, FAN 200°C, GAS 7
Preheat the oven. Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Parboil for 10 minutes. Drain then shake the pan to roughen the surfaces of the potatoes. Heat 4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a roasting tin. Add the potatoes and turn in the hot oil. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 45-50 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally.
Boil & Mash:
Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover, add salt if desired and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer until tender. Drain and serve. If you would like to mash, drain well and mash with a little butter and milk.
Chips & Wedges: AIRFRY 180oC, OVEN ELECTRIC 200°C, FAN 180°C, GAS 6
Cut potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place into preheated air fryer, evenly spread in one
layer, add oil and season to taste. Cook until golden and soft in the middle.
Or toss in oil and season to taste, place on a baking tray and bake on the top shelf for 35-45 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally
