Not what they were
When Harry's launched a few years ago the blades were sharp, lasted ages and were competitively priced. Sadly the quality is now poor. The blades are less sharp, don't last long, and the lubricating strip dissolves into a mush.
(Im my experience) These Cause Shaving Cuts
I do a wet shave once or twice a week. With a Gillette razor this does not cause a problem. With a Harrys Razor I needed to be so careful to avoid issues ranging from mild skin irritation to full on injury and bleeding. Hair gets clogged in the blades really easily making them unusable after one use. Not fit for purpose in my opinion.

I found these to be very poor the lubricating strip only lasted about 7 days then disintrigrated, The blades seemed very rough to shave with. Think I will stick with Gillette. Have not received free ones so review is genuine.
Beats the Gillette equivalent in every measure
After being turned-down for a loan from my bank to pay for a three months supply of Gillette blades I thought I'd take a punt on Harry's at half the cost. No question whatsoever, this was the best decision I've made this this year. These Harry's blades are marginally sharper, they give an additional 33% more shaves, they shave closer because of the better blade design and with a wider gap between the blades there is less clogging. The handle, which Ocado does not yet list, is more grippy than the Gillette and so provides better control of the head.
Blades rarely available
Husband fed-up especially as this is his blade of preference.
Cuts.
These razors leave you with the most awful razor burn and it doesn't matter how light or gentle you are, you get cut every single time.
