Preparation and Usage
| PREPARATION: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked meat or wash between uses. All appliances vary. This is a guide only. COOKING: Do not reheat once cooled. Cover ends of skewers with foil to prevent burning. CHARCOAL GRILL: Lightly season and place on a hot barbecue grill. Turn and move frequently, start brushing with glaze 2 minutes from the end. Cook until juices run clear, approx. 8 mins, rest for a couple of minutes before serving. PAN: Lightly season and dry-fry in a hot cast iron pan over medium-high heat, turning until evenly coloured. Brush with glaze 2 minutes from the end, reduce. Cook until juices run clear, approx. 8 mins, rest for a couple of minutes before serving. |
