A true English Sloe Gin is defined by its balance. Not too sweet, not too tart & of course you need to be able to taste the gin!
In ours you will find intense plummy aromas, hints of almond nuttiness & delicious fruity notes from the wild foraged berries, all underpinned by a classic English Gin backbone. A family favourite for generations.

This makes a lovely sloe gin and tonic. haven't tried it any other way.
Thin and inauthentic
Terrible substitute for the real thing, only worth mixing with lemonade and ice! Expensive for a this and sour replica. Next time Ill buy local.
I received this as a substitute for Sipsmith Sloe Gin and, whilst this is delicious, I much prefer Sipsmith. Hayman's tastes more tangy of gin and has less fruity sweetness, whilst Sipsmith has a deep fruity sweet tangy flavour with a perfect balance of sweet fruitiness and tangy sharpness which Hayman's lacks. This is a good substitute for Sipsmith but I will stick to Sipsmith as it is well worth the extra cost per 100ml (Sipsmith is around the same price but is 50cl instead of 70cl).
Best sloe gin I have tasted!
This arrived in the Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Advent Calendar. Was wary of tasting it since I have never appreciated sloe gin -- but this is terrific. We both first tasted it on its own before mixing it with its accompanying tonic and both of us liked it lots. With the recommended tonic it was equally yummy. Now we're purchasing the full size.
Ive made my own Sloe Gin which is delicious. To make sure I have some left for Christmas, I have bought this. Im really enjoying it, almost as good as my own.
Not too sweet and very very drinkable ! Could even replace port with cheese... yum!!
