The chickpeas help keep the protein content high, while linseed and oats add gut-friendly fibre – all without compromising on that great, classic pork sausage flavour you know and love.

Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Ideal for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
Preparation & Use
Grill, fry or oven-bake until golden and piping hot throughout. Always cook thoroughly before eating.
Cooking suggestions:
• Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
• Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly.
• Oven: Preheat oven to 200ºC (fan 180ºC). Place on a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
Ensure piping hot and fully cooked through before eating.
Serving ideas:
• Serve with creamy mash, peas and a splash of gravy for the ultimate comfort meal.
• Slice into pasta dishes or a risotto for added protein and flavour.
• Grill and tuck into a sourdough bun with mustard and caramelised onions.
