Helen Browning's Organic Pork Sausage meat 400g

Store in a refrigerator between 0-4oC. Once opened use within 3 days. Do not exceed useby date. 

Use as recipe dictates. Roll into balls as stuffing and bake in the oven for around 20 - 25 minutes until the juices run clear. Sausage Rolls Recipe: roll out the ready made puff pastry rectangle. Spread the sausagemeat in the middle of the pastry, then roll up the pastry, pinching the ends together to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2.5cm long pieces. Heat the oven to 200oC. Place the sausage rolls on a large baking sheet. Brush with egg and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden or the juices run clear.
