Six villages have the privilege of sharing this subtle and enchanting cru. It is the most southerly of all the Beaujolais Crus and typically has good colour, backbone and is full-bodied revealing aromas of plums and peaches. Henry Fessy's domaine contains 7.5 hectares of Brouilly vineyards.
Country of Origin
This wine is very expressive and displays red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth, the fruit is crispy and fresh and the finish persistent.
Henry Fessy's roots lie in the late 19th century when the Fessy family moved from the Loire Valley and began growing grapes in Beaujolais. They founded their business in 1888 and over the years developed a successful enterprise as a grower, negociant and winemaker.
Nicolas Dietrich, Henry Fessy’s winemaker, believes in simple winemaking that allows the individual characteristics of the grapes and season to reveal themselves.

Great value - especially what Beaujolais should be. Shared with a friend on her recent Ocado shop. Lovely vibrant fruits, smooth and super-tasty! Shame we only ordered one!!
