Raspberry shake
Ingredients for 4 people or approx. 800 ml
250g Skyr, 500 ml
Skimmed milk
250 g raspberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp Hermesetas liquid
Garnish:
Whole raspberries, mint leaves
Method:
Purée the Skyr with the remaining ingredients.
Divide between glasses, garnish with berries and mint leaves.

Iced tea with mint and lemon
Ingredients for 4 people or approx. 1 litre
1 Bunch of pepper-mint
1 Thinly sliced lemon
1 Thinly sliced orange
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tsp Hermesetas liquid
Ice cubes
Method:
Bring 1 litre water to the boil. Put the mint, lemon and orange slices in a jug and pour over the hot water. Leave to stand covered for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice and Hermesetas liquid stir well.
Divide the ice cubes between the glasses, pour the iced tea over them through a sieve, remove any mint stalks, leave the tea to cool. Serve it with mint, lemon slices and ice.
