Hibiki is one of Japan's most awarded, collectable and well-loved whiskies and is regarded as a global legend in whisky having won innumerable awards for its uniquely complex yet delicate flavour. Inspired by the concept of Hibiki - meaning Harmony - this dram layers countless delicate tasting notes in a perfect expression of Japan's culture. The Hibiki Japanese Harmony is the culmination of nearly a century of whisky-making from Japan's first ever whisky producer: Suntory. This flagship blend harmonises whiskies of a range of ages and casks, hand-selected by award-winning Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo as being the best examples of Suntory's incredible whisky-making heritage.

Smooth as silk!

Subtle blends that explode in this wonderfully sophisticated whiskey. Enjoyed over ice. Superb high end drink that is a cut above the rest!

Smooth and flavourful

First time trying Japanese whiskey and it exceeded my expectations. It's smooth and flavourful, one glass just isn't enough. Only downside would be the high price, but for a mid-top range choice it is definitely worth it.

Wow! What a whisky.

Wow! what a whiskyEverything you would expect from a class Whisky. From the unique bottle design to the to the smoothness of the Whisky and its afterglow. Not harsh tasting like some Whiskies and not to sweet, you can enjoy it over ice or neat my favourite way was to chill the Whisky in the fridge first and then enjoy it neat so you get the best of both worlds without diluting it and it's at a great price on Ocado.

Brilliant Whiskey

Starting with the bottle, this is one classy drink. The bottle is gorgeous decanter style and looks stunning in the bar. The whiskey has a distinctive aroma that gently wafts around as you open the bottle. The taste is unique (slightly smoky and refreshing) and unforgettable. The drink goes down very smoothly without any lingering aftertaste (which is a plus point for us). It is strong though so we used ice or a tiny splash of water. No mixers needed for this one - it stands on its own. All in all we loved it!

Lovely whiskey

I tried Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky on a few occasions, I’m not a big whiskey drinker but I really enjoyed this, it had a nice taste not so strong as other whiskies.

A delightful tipple

I've tried this whisky neat, with ice, and with a range of mixers and I'd say it's a pleasing and extremely versatile spirit. There's a distinct spiciness to the palette but it's not overpowering which allows you to notice a distinct depth of flavour. A preicy product but I'd definitely buy again.
