Easy for all the family to use

I no longer trust tap water due to the potential of unknown chemicals and hormones and water bottles are too heavy for my son to manage. This dispenser version is great as the whole family can easily use it, meaning I can rest assured that I know they are all getting the benefits of mineral water from the U.K.

inconsistent and caused damage to my home

We buy this 10L weekly for our family, however recently Ive been let down and have decided to stop purchasing. Firstly, the water has taste is inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes great, other times it tastes very strange- like mould. This is obviously very concerning as water quality was the main concern that led me to purchasing in the first place. Second of all, we have now received 3 or 4 which have had holes in the bags. The holes are slow to leak so initially went unnoticed, until it was too late. The first leaky box has completely damaged my floor- the ink transferred and will not budge no matter how hard I scrub and what products I use. I wish I could post photos to this review to show the damage caused. Be warned!! That being said, Ocado was fantastic at refunding me for these damaged products.

never going back to tap

Love the idea of this on tap in kitchen. Taste is great and we are from a Hard water area and our water is horrible.Now Ive found this never buying bottles again.
