Excellent!
I can't believe such a delicious manuka honey is such excellent value. I will be eating plenty of this with my porridge!

Excellent quality
I am reviewing this because Ocado sent me a free sample. I believe that eating a good diet helps to keep you fit and healthy. This is excellent to use when you feel a cold or sore throat coming on and want to stop it in its tracks. We all need a little help sometimes and this tastes good too!
Delicious Manuka honey and therapeutic
I bought a jar of this when my head cold started with a sore throat a week before my general surgery date. I have a good spoonful on my breakfast yogurt and fruit and added to hot lemon and water throughout the day. My throat cleared within a couple of days and the cold unusual for me didn’t go to my chest. I was able to have my surgery a week later with no sign of cold. I switch to the highest strength Manuka next if it doesn’t taste too strong. But from now on Manuka is going to be my daily medicine.
