Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Preparation and Usage
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Wrap fillets in parma ham, place in baking dish with a little oil and roast for 15 minutes. Serve with some asparagus, a Romesco sauce and some grilled tomatoes. Monkfish should be sweet and succulent and parma ham crispy.
