H&B Vegan ABC-Z has been specially formulated to support a vegan lifestyle.


Our improved formulation provides all the essential vitamins & minerals including extra Vitamin B12 as this is an essential vitamin that can’t be obtained from a vegan diet.


We’ve also included Selenium as this supports thyroid function, the immune system & healthy hair & nails.


Brazil nuts are the only widely vegan source & the Selenium content within them is very variable.


The tablets do have a distinctive smell and this is due to the Selenium.
