Holland & Barrett High Strength Effervescent Vit C tablets are an easy to take, orange flavoured effervescent Vitamin C food supplement. These tablets contribute to the normal function of the immune system and help support the normal function of vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, and skin.

Effervescent supplements are supplements which come in a tablet form. However, instead of swallowing this tablet orally, it needs to be dissolved in water, where it will give off fizzy bubbles as it disintegrates. They are a good option for people who don’t like swallowing tablets but still want to get their vitamins.

Preparation and Usage
Directions: Add 1 effervescent tablet to 200ml of water once per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
