Holland & Barrett Lutigold Lutein capsules contain the plant-based carotenoids: lutein and zeaxanthin “ the pigments in fruits and vegetables that give them a yellow or reddish hue. Lutein is not made in the body, so it can only be obtained through your diet and lutein supplements. Contains Naturally Occurring Carotenoids.
What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
Carotenoids can't be made in our bodies; therefore, you may find it useful to take carotenoid supplements and make sure to consume carotenoid-rich foods like parsley, spinach, kale, broccoli, and peas.
