This tea has been fortified with Vitamin D contributing to the normal function of the immune system and Magnesium contributing to the normal function of the nervous system. Our relaxing blend of flowers, herbs and leaves is additionally enhanced with valerian and Lion's Mane.

Preparation and Usage
Directions: BREWING INSTRUCTIONS 1: Steep tea bag for 3 to 4 minutes in freshly boiled water. 2 Remove the tea bag, open sachet and pour in powder and stir until the powder is dissolved. 3 Enjoy your drink. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
