Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of linoleic acid and gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), both Omega-6 essential fatty acids that the body can’t produce by itself and must be supplied through diet or supplements. GLA is used by the body to make hormone-like substances called prostaglandins.
