1: Ingredients you'll need:
2 fillets of Sea Bass
2: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add sea bass and fry skin down for 1 minute. Remove the skin.
3: Add this Holy Cow! Curry Sauce and simmer for 2-3 mins or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve with rice or naan (maybe a beer).
To make your home cooked curry extra special:
1: Blend half of the curry sauce with 1 peeled raw prawn for added flavour before adding to the pan.
2: The fish is very delicate, stir gently while cooking without breaking the fish.
3: Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
4: A versatile curry, try using prawns, chicken, vegetables, pork, beef or lamb instead of fish.

MALABAR VEGAN BEAN CURRY
SERVES 2
Ingredients you’ll need: This pack,1 tin 400g (240g drained) of pre-boiled black-eyed beans or pre-boiled chickpeas.
1. Open tin, drain off water, place beans in a pan.
2. Open this pack, pour contents over beans, add
a little salt to your taste and simmer on low heat
with a lid on for 5 minutes.
3. Serve with rice or naan.

MALABAR FISH CURRY
SERVES 4
Ingredients you’ll need: This pack,4 fillets of sea bass, 1 tbsp cooking oil,100ml coconut milk.
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the sea bass and fry
skin side down for 1 minute. Remove the skin.
2. Open this pack, and pour contents over fish,
along with the coconut milk. Simmer for 5-6
minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
3. Serve with rice.
