Nicer and more flavoursome than Philadelphia.
OK as Novelty, but not a keeper
I tried this because it recently won an award for best vegan cheese. It tastes of garlic and herbs as expected. However the texture, whist cream cheese in nature , still felt like solidified coconut cream. As a convenience food this is OK. However for me its easier to rub fresh garlic on toast and add olive oil. And thats much healthier. I would like to have seen a fermented nut base or nutrients so that consumption of this cream cheese is not just empty calories.
