I've had this up for about a month now. Does a great job with the peanuts, the birds seem to be enjoying it.

Only lasted for a while

This appears to be a really nice sturdy feeder but I’ve gone through two now. The first one lasted around a month before it fell down in a gale and came apart. When the weather was dry I went to go and pick it up and found that the base was missing and had presumably been taken by a fox or bird! I ordered another and have now had it about a month. I have just gone out to fill it and find that the wire mesh has gaping holes in it - either birds or squirrels have managed to undo the wires and loosen them to make holes. We do have a lot of parakeets on it so it may have been them, or the squirrels. Sadly this is clearly not a feeder up to the job of a garden with either creature so I wouldn’t buy it again.
