Deliciously dark & strong
Brewed in Oxfordshire
Twelve days is a strong dark brown beer, offering a dominantly malty palate with nutty overtones, giving way to a lyrical sweetness that speaks for its strength. It is a fine partner to the cheese board. Cheers!

We have been brewing award winning beers since 1849. Our traditional Victorian tower brewery, deep in the Oxfordshire countryside, is still powered by a steam engine.
Our beers contain natural ingredients - malted barley and wheat, hops and yeast. With pure water from our own spring-fed well.

great beer, perfect for winter
this beer is dark and full of flavour. It is a true winter ale and hopefully Ocado will keep on stocking it!
Cheers up winter evenings!
Good full flavour, almost looking forward to those winter evenings with my glass of this beer. Definitely not one for the lager boys.
Not for the faint hearted
Completely agree with previous reviews. This is a strong and flavoursome beer and a brilliant 'winter warmer' not for the faint hearted. Hook Norton beers have never disappointed me.
As good as any beer I've ever tasted
Not what you would call a 'session beer', unless you've got the consttution of a rhino. But a very tasty and satisfying beer that goes very well with food, I recommend any fan of good English ale gives it a try.
Not just for Xmas
Almost as good as the draught version - a lovely balance of roasted barley malt and hops.
