And this recipe is something very special…mum's very own blend of 11 herbs & spices, roasted & ground, which can be used to create a delicious Sri Lankan Black Pork Curry. This is a spicy, rich and tangy pork curry, with a “black” colour and unique flavour through the addition of Goraka. This curry powder can be used with any meat curry recipe, but for best results use Pork Belly and our signature recipe on our tin. It produces enough to feed 8! It’s really simple to produce authentic Sri Lankan dishes using our spice blends!
