Not got a Velvetiser (yet)? You can still experience the joy of sippable chocolate:; Hob - From Ambient. Add 220ml of milk and 6 heaped teaspoons (31g) of chocolate flakes to a saucepan. Whisk continuously for around 4 minutes over a medium heat, taking care not to let it boil.; Steam - From Ambient. Use a steam wand:
Add 220ml of milk and 6 heaped teaspoons (31g) of chocolate flakes into a jug. Steam for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds.
