Gianduja - pronounced jan-DOO-yah was originally invented in the Piedmont region of northern Italy in the 1800s. With hazelnuts in abundance, but cacao less so, local chocolatiers added the nutty paste to make chocolate go a little further. For our Gianduja Bombe recipe, we go heavy on the hazelnuts and the cacao.
Our Gianduja Bombe is crafted with hazelnuts from regions beyond Piedmont.

Pecan trees can live up to 300 years, producing their first nuts after 12 years of maturation, and only in a large enough crop to harvest every other year. For something that takes so long to fruit, we meticulously consider only the very best accompaniment. For that, we picked our mellow caramel-milk to echo the nut's buttery notes.

Roasting peanuts for pastes has been part of culinary practice as far back as the ancient Inca and Aztecs. In our Peanut Butter pralines, we add a sprinkling of tongue-tingling sea salt to highlight the nuances of our fine-tuned roasting.
Our Peanut Butter praline is made with peanuts sourced from outside Peru.
