How to store me: Please keep me ambient in your cupboard until opened. Once opened keep me in the door of the fridge, so I do not get too cold. The ideal temperature to store me is above 4C - so do check the temperature of your fridge too. What to do if your mayonnaise has already frozen at home? Fear not, I am still safe to eat but ensure to keep me in the fridge to avoid splitting. You can also shake me with some avocado oil to make a super ranch salad dressing.
