Tastes like much more expensive oils Ive tried.
highly recommend this high quality oil
Finest quality Italian olive oil, obtained by mechanical means, cold pressed. It is important to know this is from one Frantoio in the province of Perugia, not a mix of olive oils like most popular oils people take in the supermarkets! This is real high quality unfiltered oil obtained from one source. It has a slightly bitter smell, I prefer that to the fresh grass smell of some other oils obtained from other olive varieties. Its really comparable to the olive oils I bought directly from the producers in Italy. It comes in a big glass bottle, thats another plus for me.
It has a very strong flavour with a bitter aftertaste. Also, the whole packaging is not funcional at all, you get oil everywhere.
Clearly a good quality product but too bitter for my taste. Not good for dipping or making salad dressings.
