Preparation and Usage
Il Casolare is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. You may, therefore, see a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. For best results, shake the bottle before using.
Extra Virgin olive oils are best served at room temperature. Il Casolare is delicious when used as a base for marinades, vinaigrettes and dressings. Enjoy by dipping in crusty bread or drizzling over pizza.

How to use the flip-top cap.
Its simple, safe and sanitisable.
- Open the bottle by removing the clear plastic seal
- Take off the gold stopper and use the handle of a spoon to remove the green plastic dispenser from the neck of the bottle
To attach the metal flip-top cap
- Place the largest white part at the top and the metal part to the side, making sure that the two grips are facing up
- Slip one metal grip into the hole on the bottle and apply a light pressue to insert the second grip into the hole on the other side of the bottle
- Next place the orange part into the neck of the bottle and push the metal down to close

read the description if the stopper
Yes we had 3 adults to figure out how to use the stopper, until you will find the tiny words asking you ti REMOVE the green cap and pourer. Then it will work. Good luck all.

won't buy again
Previously I have bought this in the larger bottle. However this purchase the oil not the same quantity anymore which is a huge shame . I and my husband really struggled to remove the pourer so I can use the stopper . Sadly won't buy again

I don't know what the fuss was about. the oil was fine. worked perfectly when roasting my vegetables smelled of olive oil and at a great price

product of EU
when a product is showing from EU is a huge red flag, better off buy napolina olive oil is the same. EU olive oil is mixed with others and the quality is alway low very low.

fantastic olive oil
Absolutely love this oil! I used to buy from sainsburys and i can now see its stocked hete on ocado. Unfiltered, beautiful and fresh. The vintage looking bottle gives it character. Enjoy!!
