Il Casolare Unfiltered Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Farchioni Il Casolare is superior category olive oil which is cold extracted by mechanical means to obtain a first class extra virgin olive oil. The olives are naturally cold processed and not sujected to any chemical process to produce an extra virgin olive oil which maintains its high quality resulting with a full and distinctive flavour.


It is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. You may, therefore, see a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottle.


Organic
Farchioni cultivates over 640 hectare of its own olive groves throughout Umbria, Lazio, Puglia, Tuscany, Sicily and Sardinia. This organic extra virgin olive oil is produced using methods of organic farming which are controlled by ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental), free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Product of the European Union

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The oil may solidify and become cloudy at low temperatures less than 10°C. This is normal and has no effect on the product quality. The oil will clear on gentle warming at room temperature.

Extra Virgin olive oils are best served at room temperature and used as a base for marinades, vinaigrettes and dressings. They can be enjoyed dipping crusty bread or drizzling over pizza.


How to use the flip-top cap. Its simple, safe and sanitisable.
* Open the bottle by removing the clear plastic seal
* Take off the gold stopper and use the handle of a spoon to remove the green plastic dispenser from the neck of the bottle


To attach the metal flip-top cap
* Place the largest white part at the top and the metal part to the side, making sure that the two grips are facing up
* Slip one metal grip into the hole on the bottle and apply a light pressure to insert the second grip into the hole on the other side of the bottle
* Next place the orange part into the neck of the bottle and push the metal down to close


Shake bottle before use.
