It contains: 3 pressed apples, 2 mashed bananas, a chunk of crushed chayote, 1/3 of a pressed beetroot, 1/2 of a pressed carrot, a chunk of crushed cucumber, 1/2 of a squeezed lemon, 10 crushed sour cherries, mandarin cells, some pressed apple water, a dash of crushed spinach, beetroot and carrot extract.

Shake before opening, not after.
Keep refrigerated and once opened, drink within 2 days.
