Unpleasant
I had high hopes for this wine having read the 5 star reviews and with it being organic and vegan. Left me pulling an awful looking face upon every sip. Still I was nicely drunk after so it wasn’t all bad!
Exquisite, sublime, organic and vegan!
This organic wine is exquisite! It has a glorious deep rich berry flavour and is perfectly balanced - the depth of flavour is sublime. It is silky smooth and velvety with no unpleasant acidity or sharpness. I love that it is vegan and organic – important as grapes are one of the dirty dozen for pesticide residues. Exquisite, outstanding, exceptional, sublime!
Absolutely loved it
Took this to a New Year celebration and promptly wished we’d just kept it for ourselves! Unctuous, peppery but with a deep flavour, one of our favourite reds this year.
My favourite
I have been drinking this wine for 2 years regularly. I actually buy this from Abel and Cole as I didnt realise Ocado sell it too. Its not acidic, has a lovely berry/cherry fragrance to it and has a great taste on the palate. Smooth and easy to drink.
Integro Organic Negroamaro
This has lots of positive reviews and many comments of smooth, silky, creamy etc, with just the odd poor reviews. Sadly I am in the latter camp, I found it young, harsh and thin with a strong tannin bite - very unpleasant. Maybe a bad bottle, or a bad year who knows! Previously tried PURATO NERO d'AVOLA SICILIA which was a five star IMO!
Awesome Wine
Lovely smooth deep red wine. One of the best Ive had in a while. Organic is a real bonus especially as non organic grapes have been shown the highest levels of pesticide residue of any fruit
