Every tomato is picked at the peak of ripeness, ensuring it develops the maximum depth of taste. In the winter months, we dedicate a small part of our nursery to one of our most loved varieties, Campari Vine tomatoes. With the help of state-of-the-art, energy-efficient LED lighting, we provide the ideal amount of light to nurture these plants and deliver a truly delicious tomato. Famous for its perfect balance of savoury and sweet, the Campari Vine Tomato is wonderfully versatile. Roast or grill to intensify its natural sweetness, chop into a rich tomato sauce, or simply slice, season, and enjoy on warm sourdough. |
