This month’s star is the Royal Star tomato. A variety with a vibrant, fruity flavour profile, it features subtle hints of apricot that make it particularly distinctive. Delicious sliced and served alongside creamy goat’s cheese, toasted sourdough and a drizzle of honey, where its bright, fruity notes can really shine.
