This month’s star is the Xerany tomato. Mildly sweet with a refined, fresh flavour, it’s bright and clean, offering a light, sunny profile. As Paul Howlett, our Head Grower, says, “It’s a fantastic, sweet, juicy tomato that’s perfect in any dish.” Superb in salads, it also shines in a tomato tart with prosciutto, where its sweetness pairs beautifully with a savoury, salty edge.
