This Blush Ramato is powered by Pinot Grigio, fermented on skins for three weeks to draw out riper fruit notes. The soil is sandy loam over schist bedrock soils set up an elegant structure meaning this wine could cellar happily for up to ten years. On the palate peach, pear, earl grey and persimmon on the nose. Watermelon, apricots and marmalade on the palate.
