Since its beginning in 2008, AB&D has become a champion of South Australia's alternative – particularly Mediterranean – varieties, exhibiting innovation at every step of the process by bending traditional winemaking norms.

Relaxed blend is aged in older oak and oh-so pretty in cherry cranberry, and red plum.

Each grape variety is vinified separately, having been picked in the morning, destemmed and whole bunch pressed. Fermented on skins for 7 days, pressed gently and aged in a combination of old barrels and steel.
