For centuries, friends and families have gathered around steaming baskets to share dim sum, a name that translates literally to "touch the heart".
Our salt & pepper and Thai coconut chicken dumplings are inspired by shumai, a favourite among over 1000 traditional dim sum varieties.
To make our filling we mix chicken with aromatics, Asian style veg, and spices then enclose it in a classic dumpling wrapper.

Make your own dipping sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar (any)
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Or...Perfect with Itsu crispy chilli oil

This clever pouch steams the dim sum in the microwave in minutes. Mix up our easy dipping sauce recipe and enjoy them for lunch or dinner, to share... or not.

Cooking Instructions - General. Add your favourite sauce to the dipping well, serve & enjoy!
Warning: contents will be hot!
For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure dim'sum are cooked until piping hot. Do not re-heat once cooked.; Microwave - From Frozen. 1. Place sealed bag of dim'sum in the microwave (Please do not open or pierce bag!)
2. Microwave for 2 mins [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds (750W)
3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins; Steam - From Frozen. 1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander (or use a steamer liner)
2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water
3. Place dim'sum in the colander, cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins
4. Leave to stand for 1 min
